The third week of July we were off to the Fraser Valley for family time. After the events there we returned home quickly to host family there.

1 Jonathan, Neil, Ian, and I took the trail up to Silvern Lakes, at the back of Hudson Bay Mountain. Jonathan books it through a stream, after which the bike is steaming.
2 Two days later Jonathan, Ian and I made it to the top of 'the microwave'. There's a fantastic view to the lakes along the road to the ski hill and out to the Babines and the Telkwa Pass.
3 On the way back we got stuck in a bit of snow of course. That was all part of the fun.
